Operations
ITAGS Operations capabilities include robust Analysis and Planning for strategy and policy development, major acquisition programs, requirements, resourcing, organization, and decision support.
ITA’s long-standing core competency built-on with over fifteen years of experience in the Special Operations and Expeditionary Warfare arenas is Training and Exercise support to include: High Risk Training (HRT); Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training; Computer Based Training (CBT); combatant command field exercise support; and, curriculum and course development. Two, more recent areas of expertise and capability include Cyber security and Intelligence analysis and assessment. Sophisticated concepts, requirements, policies, procedures, and employment methods for Service and Combatant Command (COCOM) Command, Control, Communications, Collaboration and Intelligence (C5I) capabilities is a growing Arena.
Training and Excercises
ITA provides Service-specific and Joint level training and exercise support to commanders and their tactical and operational-level commands including national mission forces, geographic combatant commands and other Government agencies. These responsibilities incorporate individual and collective instruction in high-risk training; classroom and computer-based training; table-top and field training exercises; functional and senior leader seminars; curriculum and course development; training systems development; integration of constructive/instrumentation data and virtual systems with live operations; scenario development; current and future operations exercise staffing; and process improvement, after action reviews, and lessons learned.
Cyber
ITA’s assembled a robust team capable of employing advanced scientific and engineering principles towards the advancement of Cyber Operational capabilities of our clients. We specialize in and provide Cyber Security and Scenario Services to DoD agencies and exercises. ITA supports customers in developing Cyber scenarios through theater threat presentation, exercise realism, to shape, fuse, and influence the content for accurate and relevant assessments. ITA analyzes complex security issues, identifies solutions or alternatives for implementation.
Analysis
ITA supports customers to conduct detailed analyses at all organizational levels across a range of timeframes and a variety of subjects, including open source analysis of current and special events, requirements analysis, risk assessment, strategy and policy evaluation, organizational structure and performance, senior leadership decision support, and stakeholder and strategic communications.
Planning
ITA provides unique strategic, operational, and tactical planning capability with Subject Matter Expertise for the development of Joint wargames, defense experimentation, national exercises, and Concept Development in support of the Unified Command Plan, Joint Strategic Campaign Plan, National Defense and Military Strategies, and other strategic documents to ensure capabilities are accurately reflected in the design of supporting planning efforts.
Intel
ITA supports our customers, providing research, intelligence, analysis, training, exercise, and logistics services across National, DoD and U.S. Intelligence agencies. We specialize in international affairs, with special emphasis on global friction points, security, economic factors, commercial business and operational matters.
Engineering
ITAGS Engineering capabilities begin with ‘deckplate’ Maintenance & Repair and run through Acquisition support to major shipbuilding programs.
ITAGS employs extremely successful ship and small craft maintenance, repair, and modernization activities. Maintenance tracking and trend analysis; maintenance procedure development; and, response to technical orders have been at the backbone of ITAGS engineering programs. ITAGS Logistics services provide inventory and supply chain management; logistics and life cycle cost management; and, configuration and change control management services across a variety of U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard programs. ITAGS provides ACAT I level acquisition program support to U.S. Coast Guard shipbuilding programs that include program management; systems design, development, and engineering; naval architecture; and financial analysis.
All capabilities are offered with the ability to include an industry-leading data analytics capability, leveraging the ITA Data Analytics Center for organic services and support. In addition, all programs are supported with robust quality, safety, and security principles founded in our International Standards Organization (ISO) ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications. These processes are in effect from opportunity identification through project close-out, and provide guidance to ensure that all human resource, accounting, program management, financial, and contract support resources provide consistent and effective support to our personnel in the field.
Inventory
ITA provides maintenance and inventory data support services for a wide variety of logistics operations to its customers in support of readiness and sustainment oversight to the customer’s mission and/or business model. These services include Data Analytics. In addition, ITA provides quality assurance on maintenance data bases and supports development for maintenance procedures and time compliance technical orders. Our support to customers includes providing auditing of systems to ensure that the appropriate equipment is in the requisite readiness status to meet operational requirements.
Maintenance & Repair
ITA offers a variety of programmatic and technical support to Regional Maintenance Centers in ship maintenance, repair and modernization on Naval ships in order to achieve desired operational readiness levels. ITA has the right on-site personnel and corporate headquarters staff responsible for the overall success and maintenance satisfaction during all periods of availabilities, whether time-directed, condition-based, and/or modernization.
Logistics
ITA’s expertise in logistic support has made us leaders in developing support materiel and strategies that guide engineering processes to optimize functional support, leverage existing resources, and lower life cycle costs. We provide guidance on procedures, policies, and lifecycle, change and configuration management for maintenance, training, property management, and more.
Acquisition
ITA provides Program Management support across all phases of military acquisition to include ACAT I level programs. We provide Project Management, Procurement, Data Analysis, Integrated Logistics, Test & Evaluation, Production Scheduling, Earned Value Management, and Engineering technical support (Mechanical, Electrical and C5I), Administrative Support, Policy Development & Document Management.
