In addition, Honecker will represent ITA on the board of the Maritime Sustainment Technology and Innovation Consortium (MSTIC). This change comes as Honecker transitions from his role as CEO, which will now be assumed by ITA Owner and Founder, Mike Melo.
With over 34 years of federal service, including 21 years as a senior member of the Senior Executive Service, Honecker brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the ITA Board of Advisors. As the former CEO of ITA, Honecker led a team of professionals in delivering integrated customer solutions across the globe. Before joining ITA in 2019, Honecker held senior positions focusing on financial management, strategy, logistics/business transformation, cybersecurity and fleet operations.
