NEWPORT NEWS, Va., Nov. 11, 2021 – ITA International (ITA) has appointed several executives to new positions to enhance company growth, support the capture management strategy and develop new business opportunities. The following appointments were effective before or on Nov. 1:
Lauren Campbell, acting vice president of Contracts will now permanently serve in the role and is responsible for the company’s contracting, procurement, estimating and pricing. Before joining ITA in 2017, Campbell served on the U.S. Navy contracting team for the Supervisor for Shipbuilding where she worked on contract awards, quality control and also served as the lead public relations officer.
Clinton “Clint” Ross, vice president of Strategy is responsible for leading the strategic evaluation of current and new markets, positioning and proposal development in selected markets, and the execution of strong partnerships to deliver solutions to customers’ needs. Before joining ITA, Ross served over 26 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring this year as the installation commander of Joint Base Langley Eustis. In this role he provided vision, direction and operational oversight. He has a bachelor’s degree in human factors engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a master’s degree in operations management from the University of Arkansas, a second master’s degree in military arts & science from the Air Command & Staff College, and a third master’s degree in national security strategy from the National War College.
David Litkenhus, vice president of Customer Solutions will work to improve ITA’s market position and achieve financial growth by building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities and proactively pursuing those opportunities. Prior to ITA, Litkenhus was a subject matter expert for Sehlke Consulting and provided support to the office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Financial Management Systems. He retired from the U.S. Marine Corps and has a bachelor’s degree in history from Benedictine College.
