ITA Executives Selected for New Leadership Roles

Newport News, VA – ITA International has selected Keith McGhee to lead ITA Data Analytics Center (ITADAC) Business Unit as President, and Brad Williamson to serve as Chief Strategy Officer, effective September 23, the company announced today.

McGhee, who has held leadership roles in the Marine Engineering Group as a Senior Vice President and the Customer Solutions Group as Chief Strategy Officer, will lead the ITADAC Business Unit, centered around the mission of “Operationalizing Data to Improve the World”.

“I am thrilled to be a part of the ITA Data Analytics Center, and am looking forward to helping our current and future customers operationalize their data.”, McGhee said regarding his excitement around his new role.

In his time with ITA, McGhee has been instrumental in establishing ITA’s strategic vision, developing forward thinking customer solutions, leading complex capture efforts, and discovering innovative ways to translate the capabilities of ITADAC to ITA’s current customer base. In his new role, he will be responsible for the strategic growth of the data analytics capability, as well as future mergers & acquisitions.

Williamson, who has successfully led the Operations Group as Chief Operating Officer for the past year, will lead the Customer Solutions Group as Chief Strategy Officer. In his time with ITA, Williamson has brought extensive expertise in both the contract execution and opportunity capture efforts, inspiring excellence in operational performance in all contract leadership at ITA.

In his new role, he will oversee strategic pipeline development, capture, proposal development, business intelligence, and other growth related functions.

As ITA enters our second year of transformation from a mature small business to a middle market company, McGhee and Williamson will be charged with developing innovative solution sets for a diverse group of government and commercial clients, and driving business growth to meet corporate goals for 2020 and beyond.

McGhee has been with ITA for over eighteen months, and has made significant contributions to the overall success of the organization in his short time here. Prior to joining ITA, he spent over 25 years in leadership positions with several industry leaders in the government contracting space, culminating in Senior Leadership roles for the past 15 years of his career. He received a B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Virginia Tech, an MBA from the College of William and Mary, and an M.S. degree in Computer Science from Old Dominion University.

In the eighteen months Williamson has been with ITA, he has also made significant contributions to the overall success of the organization in his short time here. Prior to joining ITA, he spent over 30 years in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, as a Flag Officer during the final years of his Navy career. He received a B.S. degree in Engineering from the US Naval Academy, and an M.S. degree in National Security Strategy from National War College.
