ITA International Acquires Innovative Decisions Inc.

NEWPORT NEWS, Va., Sept. 1, 2020 – ITA International (ITA) announced today it has closed on the acquisition of Innovative Decisions Inc. (IDI), now Innovative Decisions International, a wholly owned subsidiary of ITA. IDI is a management consulting firm specializing in decision and risk analysis, operations research and systems engineering for business and government customers.

Based in Vienna, Virginia, IDI helps analysts, managers and executive leaders achieve mission success using innovative analytics solutions that integrate organizational values, data, resources, and risks to inform decisions at the tactical, operational and strategic levels.

Keith McGhee, president of the ITA Data Analytics Center (ITADAC) will lead IDI through the integration process and will manage the daily operations of the subsidiary.  Bob Liebe, who previously served as IDI’s president will become a senior vice president, reporting to McGhee. Liebe will be focused on client engagement to provide innovative data solutions that drive client mission success. Buede will become vice president of research and innovations. The team will work to expand ITADAC’s analytic impact, delivering a full-spectrum of data-driven solutions to clients operating in the global arena.
